It's built for Singapore SMEs — insurance and property agents, salons, clinics, tuition centres, home-services and auto shops, fitness studios, car dealerships, and similar service businesses that handle enquiries and bookings.

There are three messaging plans, billed in Singapore dollars: S$199 per month (Starter), S$399 (Pro) and S$599 (Growth). Each includes AI replies, a block of cold-call minutes, and everything else in the product. There are also two call-only plans for businesses that just want outbound calling: Outreach at S$299 and Outreach Pro at S$499, which include cold-call minutes but no AI replies or messaging at all. You can cancel anytime — there's no long-term contract.

Yes. microcrew runs on your existing WhatsApp Business number, so customers message you exactly as they do today. It also works with Telegram, and with Lazada if you sell there — it answers buyer chats on your shop.

microcrew is built with the PDPA in mind. Sensitive identifiers such as NRIC and card numbers are stripped out before the AI ever processes a message, and the AI runs in-region and is not trained on your data.

For replies, you set tone rules and a business profile so it writes in your style across WhatsApp, Telegram, Lazada, and email. Outbound calls use a natural-sounding voice you pick during setup, and follow the same tone rules.

It dials your leads, introduces itself as your assistant, qualifies the lead with a few questions, and offers a meeting slot from your calendar. If the lead agrees, the meeting is booked into your Google Calendar and you get a summary. Cold-call campaigns can run unattended.

Two safety rails: hard rules you set (e.g. "never quote a premium", "never confirm coverage without my approval") that the AI literally cannot break, and a monthly call/reply budget cap so a runaway scenario can't drain your accounts. You're notified at 80% of any limit.

Cold calls are to Singapore (+65) numbers only, metered by the minute — no per-call surcharge. Every plan includes a monthly block of minutes; once those run out, further minutes bill at your plan's rate. The call-only Outreach plans include far more minutes but no AI replies or messaging.

Once those run out you buy top-up packs from your dashboard whenever you need them. Minutes never expire and roll over month to month. Underlying API costs (telephony, ElevenLabs, LLM tokens) are baked into the per-minute rate — no hidden pass-through bills.

Yes. Every agent gets their own isolated database tablespace — no other customer's AI can see your conversations, leads, or calendar. Sensitive fields (OAuth tokens, voice IDs) are encrypted at rest. Retention is capped at 540 days by default; you can request earlier erasure at any time.

Yes. Cancel in your dashboard — no calls, no contracts. We keep your data accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it on request.

Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, monthly plans run to the end of the period you have already paid for. On annual plans we refund what you paid less the standard monthly price for each month that has started, so you only pay for the time you actually used. Overage and add-on usage already incurred is not refundable.
